Elle conna\u00eet mieux que quiconque la fa\u00e7on de g\u00e9rer son exploitation agricole. D\u00e8s 6 heures du matin, Nancy travaille d\u00e9j\u00e0 dans les \u00e9tables \u00e9quip\u00e9es de loges confortables. Elle assure la traite de ses vaches Holstein avec l\u2019aide de 2 robots.<\/p><p>D\u00e8s que les conditions m\u00e9t\u00e9orologiques le permettent, les vaches restent le plus possible dans les p\u00e2turages. Nancy a donc choisi de laisser ses vaches dans les p\u00e2turages au moins 120 jours par an et minimum 6 heures par jour. Ce lait de p\u00e2turage est collect\u00e9 par Inex et transform\u00e9 en diff\u00e9rents produits laitiers.<\/p><p>Nancy est une productrice laiti\u00e8re dot\u00e9e d\u2019un grand esprit d\u2019entreprise. Par exemple, en 2015, elle a install\u00e9 un distributeur automatique \u00e0 la ferme permettant de retirer chaque jour du bon lait frais.\u00a0<\/p><p>Lors de notre visite de son exploitation, nous avons \u00e9t\u00e9 non seulement frapp\u00e9s par sa passion du m\u00e9tier mais surtout par le calme et la propret\u00e9 qui r\u00e8gnent dans l&#8217;\u00e9table.
